WAIVER AND FORM REQUIRED UPON EACH VISIT FOR NON-MEMBERS
Limit 1 guest per visit. We ask that guest limit there visit to no longer than 2 hours per visit based on our 9 person capacity. Members who bring a guest without the Weight Rooms consent will be automatically debited $20 with no member reimbursement and risk a temporary suspension from facility and members page.
